Tad’s Comments:

For me this is a 10. I totally get it. This is a great example of the niche being defined by what you’re offering.

Sometimes a niche is based on a hyper specific target market (eg single Jewish moms living in New York with lower back pain).

But sometimes it’s based on a super specific offering and the target market is implied. In your case, folks who are vegan and want to avoid gluten or both. And, more broadly, people who know they should eat more healthfully, but don’t want to give up sweet things.

Your target market? People who want gluten free, vegan desserts.

Simple.

Niching Contest Participant Comments:

10/10: I love this photo, it says a lot about how you feel about what you do and the affect it has had on your own body and mind. You are your own best advertising model. The image says, “Do you want to feel how I look like I feel?” The question then is, how can you say that in words as poignantly? This is an 11 out of 10 for me.

9/10: Clean, clear beautiful.

10/10: This is great. but I really want to add an “s” to the end of “dessert.” 10

10/10: excellent clarity.

10/10: Clear, yummy, nice company name.

10/10: Absolutely makes sense, I know who you are talking to (by the way — it’s me!) and I know what will get better after connecting with you.

10/10: Beautiful, clear niche, and straight-forward how. Well done!

10/10: Yum and super cute!

Absolutely wonderful and engaging! Her message is clear, her design beautiful!

10/10: Very clear message and bright.

10/10: I love it! Missing out on Dessert is the main challenge I have with eating gluten/sugar free.

8/10: I like this very much . . . I’d be an ideal prospect. That said, I don’t know if you need “through talks and workshops” or whether you’d be better taking that out and leaving space for something more salient, like “better food choices based on their body types” or some such thing.

10/10: This is super clear.
