Tad’s Comments:

This is a very solid 8 to me. Wonderful work! What I love about what you’ve done is you’ve picked a very particular issue. Women feeling inadequate about their bodies. I think that it’s something so very many women can relate to. And then you’ve named the result you offer them – a serious upgrade (and I like that term) in their self care, strength and confidence. And you did it all in 120 characters. Bravo. Nice work. I sense there’s a bit more digging that could be done here. I find myself curious about: what are the top three ways women might feel inadequate about their bodies, once they’ve done this upgrade (which is your diagnosis of what they need) what is the impact on them? What’s the thing they’re most craving? Is it more confidence? To feel more attractive? To feel radiant? To feel more care-free? To feel stronger? I’m curious if you feel like they’re craving to commit to an upgrade (maybe!) or if there’s a deeper reason they’re wanting to commit to such an upgrade. But this is really good! It’s good enough to get moving with it. Wonderful work.

8/10: It’s clear who you serve, and what they gain from working with you. I think inadequate is a great word, but it seems funny here. I don’t know if I would say change the word, or change the words around it though.

10/10: Love it!

9/10: I almost don’t care how you do it, but then I would. But that explanation can come later.

9/10: Love it, agreed with just a couple more characters, I would claim it more powerful.

9/10: Good clear statement. I would prefer “I help women. . .” to make it more personal.

It feels like this message alone starts to do the work she is offering! Good work!

Hi Chelsea. What amazing and fabulous work! I love your wording, it is very clear and compelling and I get a strong sense that you are effective in doing what you say you can do.
