I help stressed women find space to calm their minds and sleep peacefully through simple online breathing and relaxation video lessons
Niching Contest Participant Comments:
10/10: Janice really knows her stuff and provides that space to be calm and relaxed by being this way herself and having a deep understanding of how important it is to take time for the breath and creating space for that in the body. She offers a truly relaxing experience in a world where people are moving too fast.
10/10: I speak from experience. I attended one of Janice’s courses and after it I was feeling very relaxed and stress free and it really helped me to sleep better that day, so the statement really describe what Janice does.
10/10: Does exactly what it says gives peace of mind, calms, helps sleep better etc etc…
10/10: I don’t see myself as a “stressed woman”. I see myself as a woman with a demanding job and self-inflicted high standards. But what Janice offers means that I can find a way through the demands that I make on myself and literally breathe; to focus on the good things in life! The course is great!
10/10: While I agree stressed women is a broad term, it seems you probably just have a large audience. I may have my 10 year old daughter check out your videos. She struggles with anxiety and insomnia at night. Thank you for what you do!
9/10: Very clear. The only thing I’m wondering about is what it means to “find space”. Do you mean find time? I think you could actually remove those two words.
10/10: I just joined a few weeks ago and I love her coaching. I live in the U.S. and love that she answers any questions quickly and in great informative detail. I learn so much from her Facebook page. I look forward to getting new emails from her and what others are doing with their practice. Janice Tucker is very encouraging and uplifting and I love and greatly appreciate that. Thank you, Janice, for what you are doing in my life and in the life of others.
10/10: great online coaching, I watched the link afterwards rather than live due to Timezone differences, as I live in New Zealand. Great facebook page which Janice Tucker also monitors and offers answers and feedback etc
9/10: It sounds like your market is not just stressed out but insomniac, which is a term I’d be looking for if I suffered from insomnia. Just to make this slightly easier to read, I’d keep “online” and “lessons” together; I tend to read verbal ambiguities and might wonder what “online breathing” means. “Simple online lessons in breathing and relaxation” is clearer.
9.5/10: I think women who are stressed for any reason would benefit from breathing and relaxation if they don’t already know how to do this. Again, for me, the image: the dog could use some relaxation!
10/10: Janice is just wonderful
10/10: Janice is brilliant.
10/10: I find her tips on her Facebook very good and I share them with my friends..
10/10: I love your picture. Who wouldn’t want this?
10/10: These sessions with Janice have always brought results.
Janice Tucker’s Reflections:
Tad, thanks for such constructively brilliant feedback and your kind words. In answer to your questions: a) stress caused by taking care of others and not enough care of themselves (generally trying to fit too many things into their day) b) they haven’t already burned out but know they are heading that way soon if they don’t do something about it c) my target age of women is 35-55 (from Faceboook ad uptake for my free webinar) so premenopausal/menopausal women are the majority of my students. d) I show up either when the stress is about to become unmanageable or already has due to a catastrophic life event e) they are mainstream but open to trying new things (hence my reason for not calling my product Qigong although that’s what it actually is but didn’t want to put people off by using a weird word!) f) they are married or have a partner g) they feel overwhelmed by their stress and just need a bit of breathing space/time to themselves each day so 10 minutes of practice is all it takes to get them back on track to being able to cope. This was all pretty tricky to fit into the character limit!
Thank you all so much for your wonderful and constructive comments which I will definitely use to make my online Qigong course as beneficial as possible for all those who are already taking part and for those who join me for this in the future. Helping people is what rocks my world! ?. I’ll keep you posted on competition results which should be announced by the end of the month. Fingers crossed!
