Tad’s Comments:

8. This is a very solid 8/10. I like it. And I think you have a bit more room to play with to clarify – I find myself curious how you’d use it. Is there a particular approach you use to getting more clients that’s different? Could you say anything about your core point of view here? The BS Free Zone is of interest to me. I’d love to hear more about that and what had you insert it.

Niching Contest Participant Comments:

7/10: “… so that?” I think you have a little space for talking about money, which is the usual reason for wanting clients. What kinds of coaches do you love working with? I think there is room to narrow this down and specify more parameters, though at the same time, I think what you offer (“more”) is coming across.

7/10: It’s very clear what you do, but I have no idea how you do it. What makes you different from the thousands of other business Coaches who make the same claim? I’d like to see another phrase tacked onto the end which sets you apart, i.e.: I help Coaches get more clients more often, consistently, by…[ ].

7/10: Not sure what kind of coaches (business, health, life?), BUT love your “BS Free zone”, ’cause that can definitely set you apart.

5/10: This appeals to me in its bold briefness, but it is so brief, the niche is too wide. Suppose you would use the extra characters and say a little more about the type of coaches you prefer to help… What is your favourite client like? And how do you do it?

6/10: Though hard to rate. It is elementally clear. But coaches are not all one thing, so refining that would be good. And we could do with knowing something about your arena and approach to ground the context. It could range from email marketing to networking at events. I think “consistently” is your most powerful word.

9/10: Very clear, concise, and on point!

8/10: It’s a pretty clear message. I would’ve liked something in the vein of “I help coaches go from (outcome) to (new outcome), “ just to narrow some. Overall cool but just a bit too generic. Love the pic!

As it is, the most compelling part of this, Joan (and the only thing that makes it unique to me) is the the crafty little phrase “BS Free zone” in the corner. That is interesting! What do you mean by that?

10/10: Short and to the point, not fussy and easy to read.

Joan Bell’s Reflections:

Thanks Tad, This is the very short version which I did for the contest as I thought it was about being concise. I normally say I help coaches and service professionals get more clients, make more money and have more fun in their business doing what they love. And yes I have methods I use. I did this whole thing on the fly hence the bare bones image. I felt compelled to add the BS Free zone. This has been a great opportunity to clarify my niche, thanks.
