8. Ok. This is a solid 8/10 for me. I get who it’s for, the problem it solves and the result it offers. Clear. My wondering around this is whether ‘overwhelmed entrepreneurs’ will pay for help. It has me wonder what the right moment for you to enter their lives is. When they first become overwhelmed? After they burn out? When people are hounding them? When they’ve dropped some balls and are recovering? Also – do you help entrepreneurs figure out ANY kind of project they’re working on? Is there a way this focus could be refined? Not needed, but curious. ‘Their projects’ feels a bit broad. It has me wonder how they feel about having unaccomplished projects. Is there shame? This is solid enough to move and I think there may be more clarity possible.

Niching Contest Participant Comments:

I suggest you drop the second part of the statement, ie after ‘projects’ as, the way it’s written, it focuses on your tools of trade, not them or theirs. As overwhelmed biz person, I don’t need to hear that. I want to know you understand my issue, and have the solution/results I crave. Also see if you can weave in what they’d dream of having instead of overwhelm. Here’s a tinkering, by no means the answer, however in case useful in anyway: “I help overwhelmed solopreneurs apply [superlative] organisational and creative problem-solving skills to consistently achieve milestones and accomplish project goals with ease”.

10/10: It’s short and sweet. Quibbles: I would change ‘projects’ to ‘goals’, because I’m not sure you can accomplish projects. I would put a hyphen between ‘problem’ and ‘solving’.

6/10: So, do you help solopreneurs by doing the organizing & problem solving for them; or do you teach them how to do this for themselves?

8/10: This sounds really powerful to me (though I wonder if there are any solopreneurs who aren’t overwhelmed!). What specific projects do you help with? I’m less interested in the tools you use or teach me to use than I am in the outcome; what does accomplishing my projects help me achieve beyond a sense of completion?

9/10: Sounds great to me…I could use some of that myself.

6/10: I can’t put my finger on it but it seems to be missing something to gravitate me towards understanding perfectly what your niche is and who to refer. I’m a sol opener and totally feel, overwhelmed, sometimes but the end part to me is what is lacking. Get specific. Right now my project is getting blog posts out, if you had something about that, you’d have me hook line and sinker. Basically talk to your clients I the specific problem they are facing, they’ll feel like you “get” it.

10/10: Pretty clear to me.

9/10:Certainly makes me want to check out your site! Just wondering if the project is starting the business or working on something very specific, like an email list.

9/10: Love the energy of this entire Meme. The colors the URL title too! I get “how” you help, but there’s something a bit vague around how you actually help them.

9/10: Seems clear to me. These are skills that are not really taught in school and often trip people up when they launch their businesses. I know I struggled with it for a long while. Still do sometimes. Thank you for offering this to the world!

9/10: This sounds really clear and something that might help me with my website. I am off to visit your website. Your wording definitely makes people curious to know more .

7/10: As a solopreneur that has way too much going on, I’m leaning towards hiring someone. Why would a businessperson ask you to temporarily help with a problem that will continue once you’re gone? If I’m overwhelmed with work and need someone to help organize and problem solve, why not just hire someone? And with hiring someone, I would have the option to delegate more work than you may be willing to take on. Feel me?

10/10: You’ll get the answer when you start to sell it!!
