Your pampered dog gets world-class love & care from my Bellevue home while you travel. Very exclusive.
Niching Contest Participant Comments:
I just love this photo. It makes me feel good about the possibility of leaving my dog with you. On the other hand, the words very exclusive at the end make me wonder what that means for me? Would it be too expensive? Would I be told no, my dog can’t stay with you?
8/10. It’s pretty clear what you’re doing. Though ‘very exclusive’ is hanging around on the end there without adding much. Would your audience see ‘pampered’ as positive or negative? Using an online meme generator has (ed: unfortunately) worked against you by making a pic that looks anything but high-end. If you use it elsewhere, redo it without the over-familiar font and make the VIP initials stand out.
9/10: I know what you offer, something about the uniqueness, and the exact location. Plus the meme has a great photo: that pup looks happy!
9/10:Bellevue, WA? You’re my neighbor (relatively speaking)! That is not only cool for me (well, if I had a dog) but helps narrow down your audience. I think if exclusivity is important to your brand, you might be able to develop that by naming some of the specific things that dog-owners want to hear. Also, the photo doesn’t indicate exclusivity to me.
9/10: Awesome, to the point. But the “very exclusive” at the end left me with a “what does that mean to me?” question. And I am telling my relatives that live up there about you!
10:/10: Yes, I love this. Clear and concise, Gorgeous image too.
10/10: Great service.
10/10: Can’t think of anything to say. Makes me want details if I was considering hiring you, but I would know right away if this was for me or a friend. Great niche and clarity on communicating it!
9/10: The words could be larger to make them easier to read. But very clear to me.
10/10: Great work! I love animals and love people that love animals!
10/10: Short. Sweet. Clear.
6/10: Your target group is fairly specific, but what you do seems kind of “average”. Not liking the “very exclusive” part. What makes this exclusive? So far, this doesn’t sound very exclusive to me. And it doesn’t add anything to your statement. In fact, it kind of comes across as “snooty”. Not a fan of that. It might alienate some people.
