I love the picture and your facial expression, light and fun but at the same time meaningful. I find “self care life habits” unclear where self-care habits makes more sense to me.
9/10: This is very clear to me and a beautiful, valuable thing to offer. The way you put the words on the image makes it difficult to read (I wouldn’t split “self” and “care”). Your pleasant picture is very inviting. Well done.
7/10: I like that you address the “health scare”, but I think the average person might not know what a wake up call would mean / look like. Where it gets a bit more vague is in the second part. I’d like more specifics on what you do exactly.
6/10: Rebecca you do say a lot here and you speak to a result. This is all good. For me, your title doesn’t tell me who you actually serve though, and seems that would be best to find its way into your lead in hook. Pic is great, love the serenity of it all, speaks to balance. Do you serve the elderly, recent heart attack victims? trauma victims? Something defining like this might serve to create a more clear message. I hope this helps some. Overall cool.meme though.
8/10: This is a bit of a leap, but isn’t there a more or less direct path from a health scare to a wake up call? I think just using “health scare” might suffice. Pardon me for revising, but I think you could get more bang for your buck with something along the lines of, “Had a health scare? I’ll help answer your wake-up call by assessing & improving your self care so you can live & love your life to the full.”
8/10: More specificity would be great but as you are in a clinic (?) then maybe you don’t need that as much. The first line is a drawcard.
8/10: The words encourage people to take charge of their own health which is great. The only thing is it does not identify any particular group but maybe the Health Scare is enough to define a niche.
7/10: I also agree with Pearl’s wording otherwise love that you included a pic of you and that it’s specific enough that I know who to refer to. I love the website name so it’s like a clinic on the web. Very cute. All the best to you!
9/10: I like it!
Rebecca Allen’s Reflections:
Thanks Tad, very insightful, as ever. I’ve had health scares. My immediate feeling/thought was I have to be well so I can make the most of life with my children/family/loved ones as long as I can, make the most wonderful memories possible, watch them grow, grow more myself, bank as many memories as possible because in truth that is all we have.
But yes, I guess, to have that, we need to get on the path to wellness. There is also a feeling of disempowerment when ill, and a huge disappointment that either I let my body down or my body let me down, or both. And giving over all the power to the medical profession is not healthy either, having self power to influence the outcome is also a very important part of recovery.
